Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions

By accessing this site you agree to accept, without qualification or limitation, all the terms and conditions set out on this site (the "terms").

By making a reservation with Forgetthehotel.co.uk in respect of the rental of the apartment shall be solely on the terms of the reservation from (as defined below) and the terms. All apartments are rented on the basis of a furnished dwelling house on an assured shorthold tenancy of not less than 6 months with the right to cancel at 1 days notice.

Bookings
All rates are per apartment per night and are in UK Sterling. All rates are correct at the time of publication.  Forgetthehotel.co.uk will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the requirements of each reservation are met to the best of its ability.  Check-in time 2:00pm and check-out time is at 11:00am prompt. Failure to check out at 11:00am may result in an additional charge.

Payments
For reservations a valid credit card or debit card is required. For other means of reservation payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.  A 20% depsoit is required at the time of the booking with the balance due 7 days prior to arrival. The outstanding balance will be deducted from the credit/debit card provided at the time of booking. If you book within 7 days of arrival full payment will be due at the time of booking. You are liable for any damage or breakages caused by you or your visitors to the apartment and/or the common areas of the building that the apartment is situated in. All keys and door entry fobs must be returned to Forgetthehotel.co.uk before you depart, failure to do so will result in an automatic charge. Credit card imprints will be required on or prior to arrival to cover the cost of any phone calls, extras, damage and/or breakages and you agree that Forgetthehotel.co.uk is authorised to use such imprints to cover such costs. Please note that if payment is made via card it will show up as P. S Clifton Properties on your bank statement.

Car Parking
Car Parking is limited and should be requested at the time of booking, if car parking has not been requested at the time of booking and is asked for on arrival we cannot guarantee a space and an extra charge will be occured. We accept no liability for any damage, theft or vandalism which may cause loss, damage or injury to a vehicle during your stay, you must accept all risks of car parking.
If a permit is provided for car parking the permit must be displayed and it is your responsibility to display the permit.   If you do not display the permit and you receive a parking ticket, you must resolve this directly with the Ticketing Company. We will not become involved or accept any liability.  All parking permits and entry fobs should be returned before you depart. Failure to return the items will result in an automatic charge.

Broadband
Broadband is provided free of charge and must be requested at the time of booking.  Broadband is connected via an ethenet cable or wireless. Please note that we cannot guarantee access or a working connection, we cannot be held responsible for any failure or interruption. Please note that any internet problems should be sorted out with the broadband provider, you will find details in the apartment as we do not provide any technical help.

Cancellation
If you cancel your stay with us by giving us more than 2 weeks notice you will lose your 20% deposit. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival you will lose your 20% deposit and 50% of the outstaning amount. No refunds will be given if you cancel on the day of your arrival. No refunds are given once you have commenced your stay with us. If you decide to leave early no refund will be given. Any refunds due to you will be paid within 30 days via cheque. Any amended bookings will carry a £35 charge. We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with immediate effect and without notice if you break the Terms & Conditions

Apartment Rules
Only the people named on the reservation will be allowed to stay in the apartment. Any additional people found staying in the apartment will automatically result in a further charge per person. You agree to observe all reasonable precautions for safety and security of the apartment and the common areas of the building that the apartment is situated in. You agree not to keep in the apartments any of the following: any live animals of any description; articles or liquids that are dangerous, noxious, inflammable, explosive or which may give rise to a health or fire risk; firearms, illegal drugs and any other illegal goods; anything unlawfully in your possession; anything specified as being prohibited in any written notice or list, which may be issued from time to time by Forgetthehotel.co.uk. You agree not to use the apartment for any business purpose and/or any purpose which is illegal and/or immoral. Smoking is strictly prohibited, anyone caught smoking in the apartment or common areas will be fined.  Loud music must not be played after 11:00pm, anyone caught playing loud music or having a party after 11:00pm will be charged a call out fee for the inconvienince caused.  You acknowledge that Forgetthehotel.co.uk and it's agents can have unrestricted and immediate right of access at any times for the apartment in the event of an emergency (or a perceived emergency) and have a right to access at all other times upon reasonable notice given by Forgetthehotel.co.uk to you.

General
In these terms Forgetthehotel.co.uk means Forgetthehotel.co.uk registered under the law of England and Wales who’s registered office is at 13 Westfield Terrace, Sheffield, S1 4GH. 'You' means the person (being an individual, firm or corporation) set out in the reservation form 'charge' means the charge(s) payable by you as set in the reservation form 'period' means the period set out in the reservation form 'apartment' means the apartment referred to in the reservation form (or such other apartment of a similar standard in a similar location as notified to you by Forgetthehotel.co.uk) ’Reservation Form' means form to you by Forgeththotel.com confirming your reservation. The reservation forms and the terms contain all the terms of the agreement between you and Forgetthehotel.co.uk. Forgetthehotel.co.uk reserves the right to update any of the terms at any time. The contract between you and Forgethehotel.co.uk and the use of Forgetthehotel.co.uk's website, its contents and other for publication are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights whether registered or unregistered. Any use of any material on this site of any other Forgtthehotel.co.uk publications is prohibited.

Forgetthehotel.co.uk name and logo are subject to trademark Forgetthehotel.co.uk website may provide links with other websites operated by third parties. Forgetthehotel.co.uk does not monitor the site and is not responsible for their content. Forgetthehotel.co.uk make no warranties regarding their websites if you do link through to another website you do at your own risk. To make a reservation you must be 18 years and over and you must have the legal authority to enter an agreement you warrant that all information that you supply is true and accurate. As a condition of usage of Forgetthehotel.co.uk website you agree that you will not use it for any purpose and is unlawful and in any manner that violates any rights of Forgetthehotel.co.uk or any relevant third party or associate of Forgetthehotel.co.uk. Forgetthehotel.co.uk makes no representation that the content of its website complies with any country outside the UK. If you access its website from overseas you do so at your own risks and you are responsible for complying and abiding by the laws of the country of which you access it.
